Government Ethics and Election Law

Dayna provides Oregon government ethics and election law advice and counsel to government agencies, elected and appointed state, county and local officials, and political parties including: ethics laws including those pertaining to conflict of interest, post-employment restrictions, and gift and travel rules; campaign finance; and lobbying regulations. In addition, Dayna defends public officials and political parties against complaints brought before the Oregon Government Ethics Commission, the Oregon Secretary of State, and the Oregon Attorney General.
